Unmounted Stamps: A Quick Overview & How To

Hi Everyone!

Congrats again to all the winners of the stamps from Viva Las Vegastamps! The stamps came unmounted so I thought I would do an overview with a bit of a how to so you can use the stamps as they are. So don't feel you need to mount them to use them. :0)

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

And let me say sorry you had to see my messy tables but I am working on projects for a card class at my house in a week. I moved all my furniture and set up tables in the living room. I think it will be really fun. I promise to do a video and take lots of pictures to show you what we made.

Take care and as always I wish you time to be creative but most of all time to stamp!

Till my next post...

  1. Great overview! I'd never seen one of those hot knives before. I just cut again with the scissors, but it is a lot of work cutting them when you've bought a plate or two of rubber, lol!

Viva Las Vegastamps! does sell the cushion foam-http://www.vlvstamps.com/original-thin-static-cling-mounting-foam.html in both thick and thin.

    1. Glad you liked the overview!

Thanks so much for the information! I love knowing where I can get supplies. :0)

I totally forgot to say where I got the knife. They are also available from Red Letter Journals in Grove City and online at Create & Craft. I got mine from I think Ellen Hudson website. It's been a few months and I can't believe I already forgot! I think my brain is aging faster than my body! LOL

Take care and enjoy your stamps!

  4. wonderful video! Oohhh that knife looks great but I would be terrified to use one! I'm shocking with a craft knife ..... so I would be even worse with a hot one LOL.

That quail is absolutely gorgeous! Wow don't these stamps leave a gorgeous impression ... they must be amazing quality.

I have used those sheets of foam ... they cost about $10 here in Australia for 1 sheet! .... I didn't know you could just put images on the acrylic block!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!

Messy craft tables!! phooey! wish I could come to the class.

Thankyou so much for a wonderful video ... :)
